Step 2: Verify your email and phone
Exness sends a code to your email and, during setup, to your phone. Enter both. This secures your Personal Area and is needed for withdrawals.
Step 3: Complete your profile
Fill in your full legal name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your documents. Small mismatches, such as a missing middle name or a different spelling of your street, are the most common reason verification fails.
Step 4: Upload your documents
Proof of identity: a clear colour photo or scan of your passport, national ID (front and back) or driving licence. All four corners must be visible, with no glare.
Proof of address: a document showing your name and address, typically issued in the last few months. Utility bills, bank statements and official letters usually work. Screenshots and documents in someone else's name don't.
