Who we are
FXRAID (fxraid.com) is a forex and gold trading education site and an Exness introducing partner (partner code 89tvrcrgn4). This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- VIP signals form: your name, Telegram username, Exness account number, the deposit amount you select, your country, and your email if you give it. If we can't confirm your deposit, we may ask for a deposit screenshot on Telegram.
- Contact form and messages: your name, email, subject and message, plus anything you send us on Telegram (for example a phone number).
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting keeps basic access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time). We also keep simple totals such as page visits and button clicks that are not linked to you.
Why we use it
- To check that your Exness account is registered under our partner code and meets the deposit requirement.
- To send your VIP Telegram invite and manage your access.
- To answer your messages and support questions.
- To keep the site running and secure.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with Exness, and only as far as needed to confirm that your account is under our partner code. Exness handles your trading account and funds under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep VIP form details while your VIP access is active and delete them within 12 months after it ends, or sooner if you ask.
Cookies
Visitors get no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie the site sets is a login cookie for our own admin panel. Some tools (such as the session clock) remember your settings in your own browser's storage, and that data never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Send your request through the contact page or message us on Telegram. Deleting your data ends your VIP access.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
